Finding Infected With Covid-19 Changed My Life Forever

rapid testing free am positive quite a few have been asking: Why Covid? Why so globally? Why now? And I have addressed some of these questions in earlier articles. But at that time I wasn’t speaking from knowledge, I was simply sharing my theories about it devoid of having verified them in practical terms. Well, now I have verified at least a single of these theories, and I am eager to share it.

We have all heard about connectedness and oneness, and how Covid is (hopefully) bringing us a step closer to these experiences, seeing how we are all in this collectively. But then once again, are we seriously all in this together? Personally, I am not so positive about that seeking at the controversies in government policies (particularly in countries where elections are taking location throughout the pandemic), the push-backs from the public against restrictions (not a lot of us are willingness to sacrifice our “valuable” routines for the higher excellent), and more lately – the distribution of vaccines (those who pay additional get a lot more).

So what are we missing? When and how are we finally going to find out the lesson? And what is that lesson?

Basically, Covid offers us an obvious clue each about the What we will need to learn and the How. What Covid sufferers encounter and in some cases die from is lack of air. And air is the extremely thing that connects us all. To use one of Jessica Dibb’s observations, we can develop an in-group and an out-group (i.e. manifest separation) primarily based on race, profession, gender, age, social traits, looks, etc. But there is a single prevalent denominator which, when applied, leads us automatically to oneness – the breath. Therefore, no matter what beliefs, traumas and preferences we have, we all belong to the group of breathers. And the breath (which, as I have come to experience, is the embodiment of Spirit), is what connects us all and provides us the physical, somatic knowledge of oneness. BUT only if we pay attention to it!

Surprise, surprise – Covid is bringing our attention and awareness precisely to the breath. As such, Covid is asking us to begin living a more spiritually oriented life: a life where we are indeed far more connected, a life lived in the NOW. Importantly, by bringing our concentrate to the breathing, Covid is not only showing us the lesson we want to find out, i.e. the lesson of oneness it is also displaying us how we can study mentioned lesion, and that is merely by staying focused on the breath and practicing conscious breathing.

With no a doubt, conscious breathing is what can give us a direct spiritual knowledge (albeit in physical bodies). I personally learnt that by way of becoming forced (just after receiving infected with Covid) to pay attention to the breath. Not that I hadn’t dabbled in numerous yoga and meditation practices just before. But this time the shift in awareness was so profound! Armed with a somewhat survival-driven motivation at the beginning of the illness, I dove deep into numerous breathing methods, and the a lot more intimately I got to know conscious breathing, the far more my experience of separation was dissolving. I was feeling so considerably lighter, happier and, of course, much more connected. I was obtaining the lesson! A lot more importantly, I was healing a disease not brought on by Covid but merely highlighted by it.

Sadly, I assume the complete planet is sick with that similar disease – the disease of Separation. Therefore, we have a international pandemic. This pandemic has managed to highlight in a brilliant way the pervasiveness of the pathology we all endure from, the breathlessness and lack of connectedness all through the globe. Covid is just the red light here signaling we require to repair the engine. And it really is not going away in a hurry, at least not until we all become conscious of the actual challenge and start off taking the correct action towards resolving it. The actual difficulty, indeed, is a profound spiritual disconnect. We, as a planet, have reached the hallmark of Separation. Therefore, Covid is screaming at us: “Use the breath, men and women, and connect!”

On the face of it, I wholeheartedly encourage you to seek out some conscious breathing practices and get started incorporating them in your life (if you haven’t already). Talking about oneness doesn’t enable you feel it. Conscious breathing, on the other hand, takes us straight to the physical encounter of oneness, to the embodiment of spirituality. Try it for oneself and I am certain you will never ever appear back. It only requires a couple of conscious breaths to modify your point of view, and a unique point of view opens doors to new, fascinating and limitless possibilities.
